We specialize in weddings, celebrations, and corporate events and gigs creating cinematic films, candid photography, drone coverage, highlights, and Cinematic-First edits.

This role is for someone who wants ownership.

You will be the first full-time hire.

Our creative team (photographers/editors) are onboarded on project basis, so you will work directly with me (Founder) to build the entire business development and sales system from the ground up.

My vision is to run this as an old-school business where trust and relationships are at the forefront.

What you'll do

• Research and identify potential leads
• Generate leads
• Pitch services and close projects
• Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Manage follow-ups and pipeline (CRM)

Who we're looking for

Must have

• Strong communication and confidence in client conversations
• Lead generation + follow-up discipline
• Trustworthy, consistent and organised
• Comfortable meeting clients in person

Good to have

• Sales / BD / client servicing experience (events/weddings/creative services preferred)
• Basic CRM experience (Zoho/Hubspot/Pipedrive etc.)

Compensation

Fixed salary: 30,000 35,000 per month

Incentives: Per-sale profit sharing on projects you close
