Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and growth-oriented Business Development Specialist to drive business expansion, develop strategic partnerships, and identify new revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with schools, colleges, institutions, corporate organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the company's educational programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential growth areas.
  • Generate leads through networking, outreach campaigns, referrals, and business events.
  • Present company offerings, educational programs, and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Experience working with CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in the education, ed-tech, or technology sector will be an advantage.
