Job Title: Business Development Executive/Operations

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive participant outreach and maximize registrations for our sports events and tournaments. You will build partnerships with schools, colleges, academies, and sports bodies to bring participants at scale.
Key Responsibilities
-Identify and approach schools, colleges, sports academies, and clubs for participation in MRSA sports events
-Build and manage a pipeline of institutional partners across Delhi NCR and other regions
-Present event proposals, sponsorship packages, and participation benefits to key decision-makers
-Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for team and individual registrations
-Coordinate with internal Sports, Operations, and Marketing teams for smooth participant onboarding
-Maintain CRM/database of leads, conversions, and feedback for reporting
-Represent MRSA at sports meets, expos, and education fairs to generate leads
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field
-Fresher/1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or event partnerships; sports/education sector preferred
-Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
-Target-oriented mindset with proven ability to convert leads
-Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events
-Proficiency in MS Office
