Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and engage with schools and educational institutions across target markets
2. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders (School promoters/Trustees/Directors and the likes)
3. Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
4. Present tailored solutions aligned with Kedman Globals's offerings after Understand institutional needs around admissions growth, academic enhancement, brand positioning
5. Structure and present partnership proposals
6. Lead commercial conversations and close high-value deals
7. Ensure alignment between institutional expectations and business goals
8. Build a strong and consistent pipeline through:
a. Field outreach
b. Referrals
c. Education networks
d. Events and partnerships
9. Maintain visibility on deal progress and conversion metrics
10. Develop long-term relationships with institutional partners
11. Ensure smooth handover post-closure and support onboarding teams
Candidate Profile
1. Must Have 5–10 years of experience in Institutional sales / B2B sales and/or Partnerships / business development
2. Proven track record of closing mid to high-value deals
3. Experience interacting with senior stakeholders / decision-makers
