Work closely with the GBPO teams and LOBs to close the presales requirements
Respond to customer inquiries and issues via emails with a high degree of expertise and as per GBPO requirements
Provide in-depth and accurate information about GBPO products and services to customers, catering to their specific needs and concerns.
Ensure a superior pre sales response through outstanding communication and advanced problem-solving skills
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to swiftly escalate and resolve intricate issues, drawing on your extensive experience in presales support
Identify and consistently measure programs and deliverables against key performance metrics (KPIs)
What you bring:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
5-7 years of experience in BPO presales service, specifically in handling US and UK customers
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and understand complex customer needs
Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities, managing high-volume inquiries
Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and advanced computer skills
Prior experience in pre- sales is a valuable asset in this role
Financial services industry knowledge and/or large tech company experience is preferred
Relationship builder with proven ability to work with senior business leaders and executives
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and across all organizational levels where flexibility, collaboration and adaptability are important
Ability to successfully overcome obstacles and attention to detail
