Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Specialist based in South Delhi. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, establishing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves developing strategic partnerships to expand the company's reach and ensuring client satisfaction through the end-to-end delivery of legal services.

• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying trends, evaluating performance, and making data-driven decisions
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new opportunities
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proactive mindset and ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in a business development role or related fields is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus
