Role & responsibilities-
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Generate Quality Leads Through cold calling, email outreach, and market research
Maintain and update CRM regularly with accurate Lead Information
Build and nurture relationship with clients
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Engage with leads generated internally and convert them into business.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Handle complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Present solutions and proposals to clients
Customer Counseling & Engagement:
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable certifications or solutions.
Provide product information clearly and confidently.
Maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Client Acquisition:
Identify and approach potential business clients through calls, emails, networking.
Develop and present tailored proposals to corporate clients
Negotiate terms and contracts to achieve winwin outcomes.
Team Coordination & Reporting:
Coordinate with the Lead Generation and Marketing teams to improve lead quality.
Track and report daily/weekly sales performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
