Role Description Business Development / Real Estate SalesWe are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (Real Estate) to join our team in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site position.
As part of our sales and business development team, you will:
- Identify new real estate investment opportunities and generate high-quality leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and professional communication
- Conduct property/site visits and provide clients with accurate project information
- Negotiate and close property transactions with confidence and clarity
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and investment patterns
- Represent the company professionally and deliver exceptional customer service
- Work closely with management to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
Qualifications- Strong understanding of real estate, land investment, and property transactions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build trust-based client relationships
- Sales-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team
- Prior experience in real estate sales/business development is preferred (freshers with strong motivation may also apply)
- High level of professionalism, confidence, and goal-oriented mindset
