The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive company growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating and nurturing leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to create strategic proposals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to gather and interpret market data
• Effective Communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and strategies to establish new business partnerships
• Experience in Market Research to identify industry trends and insights
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on building and sustaining strong client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in CRM tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
