Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with prior US Tax industry exposure to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US tax-related services, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage potential clients through outbound calling and follow-ups. This role requires working from the office and close coordination with internal tax and sales teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake high-volume outbound cold calls to US-based prospects
Generate and qualify leads for US tax services (Individual & Business)
Clearly explain company offerings related to US tax compliance and advisory
Schedule consultations and follow-up calls with tax experts
Send professional follow-up emails to prospects and clients
Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM tools
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
Handle client objections confidently and professionally
Coordinate with internal tax and sales teams to close leads
Follow up with clients regarding documentation and payments, as required
RequirementsMandatory experience in US Tax sales / US Tax process / US accounting firms
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development
Familiarity with US tax services (1040, 1120, 1065, bookkeeping, etc.) is a plus
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, email handling, and MS Office
Self-disciplined, proactive, and result-oriented
