Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Employment Type: Full-time | Onsite

Experience: 01 Year (Freshers Welcome)

Consultixs is a global outsourcing and consulting firm supporting businesses across finance, real estate, and consultancy sectors. We help companies scale efficiently through lead generation, analytics, and operational support while working closely with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across finance, real estate, and consultancy sectors

- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages

- Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations to showcase company services

- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems

- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and analytics teams

- Track sales metrics and prepare reports

- Follow up with prospects and convert them into long-term clients

Candidate Profile:

- Ambitious, persuasive, and target-oriented

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Confident in handling client communications independently

- Comfortable working individually and in a team

- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn

- Able to manage multiple leads and meet deadlines

Requirements:

- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or marketing

- Strong command of English

- Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace

- Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead generation platforms

- Must be available for on-site work in Hyderabad

Preferred (Nice to Have):

- Internship or coursework in sales, marketing, or business development

- Exposure to finance, real estate, or consulting domains

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or presentation tools

Compensation & Growth:

- Salary: 15,000 per month (in-hand)

- Performance-based incentives

- Additional incentives for achieving $3,000 business per month
