Job Title: Business Development Executive US Sales

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: 06:00 PM IST 03:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Experience: 25 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with experience in US sales to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads in the US market through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

Key Requirements

  • 25 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably US market).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in IT services, staffing, or technology sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales platforms.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
  • Understanding of US business culture and sales processes.
  • Exposure to services like IT, Cloud, Data, AI, or Staffing is an advantage.
