Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with experience in US sales to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads in the US market through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Key Requirements
- 25 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably US market).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in IT services, staffing, or technology sales is preferred.
- Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales platforms.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
- Understanding of US business culture and sales processes.
- Exposure to services like IT, Cloud, Data, AI, or Staffing is an advantage.
