Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist to lead client acquisition and revenue growth across Hyderabad and the Telangana market.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in advertising, digital marketing, or media sales, with a proven ability to build relationships, close deals, and contribute to strategic business growth aligned with the agency's vision.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis

  • Identify potential clients and sectors aligned with the agency's offerings.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the market.

Sales & Prospecting

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Use tools such as Apollo, Easyleads, Kaspr, and Sales Navigator to identify leads and key decision-makers (Marketing Heads, Brand Directors).
  • Build a strong pipeline through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Create and present tailored proposals with clear service value and pricing justification.
  • Drive consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and marketing teams to align business pitches with agency capabilities.
  • Contribute to content marketing and thought leadership initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within advertising, media, or digital marketing agencies.
  • Experience in media/space selling in Hyderabad or Telangana markets is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of acquiring high-value clients and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Hyderabad and Telangana business landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and email communication skills.
  • Active presence on LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms (e.g., Sales Navigator).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of value proposition building and case study presentations.
