Position Summary

This on-site role in Hyderabad requires a proactive Business Development Representative to secure B2B partnerships that extend Chatbucket's reach to vast consumer audiences. The ideal candidate will independently pursue enterprise clients, deliver compelling presentations, and close deals that fuel our B2B2C growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage B2B prospects (enterprises, platforms, brands) whose consumer bases will benefit from Chatbucket's real-time translation.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact presentations demonstrating the platform's value in B2B2C ecosystems.
  • Build strategic partnerships, resolve objections, and negotiate contracts to drive consumer-scale adoption.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle autonomously, from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding.
  • Track B2B2C pipeline metrics, report outcomes, and collaborate with product teams to align on partner needs.
  • Represent Chatbucket at Hyderabad-based industry events to cultivate enterprise relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B sales or business development, with experience in B2B2C models, SaaS, or social platforms preferred.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • High degree of self-motivation and independence, with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Knowledge of digital ecosystems, APIs, or multilingual tech; Hyderabad market familiarity advantageous.
  • Local residency in Hyderabad or from anywhere in South India, with willingness to relocate for on-site work.
  • Bachelor's degree; 2+ years of relevant experience.
