Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong background in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions aligned with their business needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and successfully close deals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline, tracking progress using CRM tools.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales platforms is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with international clients and projects.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
