Location: Remote (India)

Employment Type: Full-time Contract (60-Day Probationary Period)

Salary/Compensation: Fixed Base + High Uncapped Project Commissions (Salary no bar for the right candidate)

We are a growing boutique Indian IT services company delivering high-quality web development, software solutions, and tech transformation services. We are establishing our Business Development department from scratch to target new domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and market research
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HRs, hiring managers, and decision-makers
  • Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely closures
  • Pitch recruitment and staffing services to potential clients
  • Schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial terms
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
  • Track sales activities and update CRM/reporting systems regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in IT services sales, software sales, or B2B tech lead generation. (Highly motivated freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered).
  • Skills: Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) to negotiate with CXOs and decision-makers. Basic understanding of IT terminology (Web/App Development, Cloud, eCommerce).
  • Tools: Good knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, automated email tools, and CRM workflows.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, highly disciplined, target-driven, and comfortable working in an agile, lean startup environment.
