Business Development Specialist – Branding & Advertising (Vending Media)

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Onsite – Gurugram Office, Sector 65, Suncity Success Tower

Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

About Fabpiks

Fabpiks is building a next-generation smart vending & retail media network across

corporate offices and high-footfall environments. Our platform enables brands to leverage

vending machines as high-impact advertising touchpoints, combining physical

visibility with digital engagement and data insights.

Through machine branding, digital screens, product placements, and on-ground

activations, we help brands drive awareness, recall, and real consumer engagement at

the point of consumption.

What You'll Do

• Drive brand partnerships for advertising & visibility on Fabpiks vending machines

• Sell branding solutions including machine wraps, led/non led billboards on machines, digital screens, product displays, and integrated campaigns

• Onboard FMCG, Food & Beverage, Personal Care, D2C brands, and media agencies

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of advertisers and brand partners

• Own monthly & quarterly revenue targets for branding and media sales

• Conceptualize and pitch innovative advertising campaigns using vending media

• Coordinate with internal teams for execution of branding, creatives, and onground visibility

• Work with corporate parks and facility teams for branding approvals and placements

• Track campaign performance and present data-backed insights and ROI metrics to clients

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Media Sales / Advertising

Sales / Brand Partnerships / B2B Sales

• Understanding of OOH, retail media, brand activations, or advertising solutions

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to conceptualize and sell integrated branding campaigns

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and campaign rollouts
