Role Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic, self-starter Business Development Specialist who can independently develop business across all four verticals, identify potential clients, and close high-value deals. This role demands someone who can understand technical solutions, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across Cybersecurity, AI Integration, IT Engineering, and Product Engineering verticals
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets
• Independently prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with C-level executives and decision-makers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Client Identification & Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape
• Create targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and networking
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to generate leads
Product & Service Selling:
Present and sell SecNinjaz's services including:
• Cybersecurity: Risk Advisory, GRC, IAM, MTDR, Cloud Security
• AI Integration: Enterprise AI solutions, ML projects, Power Platform + AI
• IT Engineering: R&D Services, Digital Engineering, Infrastructure Management
• Product Engineering: Custom SaaS products, software development
Pipeline Management:
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
• Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
• Provide weekly sales forecasts and monthly performance reports
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
Experience: Min 5 years in B2B technology sales, preferably in cybersecurity, AI, or IT services
Sales Skills: Proven track record of independently closing deals worth ₹50L–₹2Cr+
Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of cybersecurity concepts, AI/ML, cloud services, and software engineering
Tools Proficiency: CRM software (HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
Mindset: Entrepreneurial thinking, self-motivated, goal-oriented, independent worker
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience selling cybersecurity or AI solutions
Existing network of IT decision-makers in Delhi NCR/Mumbai/Bangalore
Familiarity with Indian startup & enterprise ecosystem
