Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, performing market research, generating leads, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, manage communication with clients, and support sales growth while consistently providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and identify trends
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relations
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software is a plus
- Proven experience in business development or a related role is highly advantageous
