Fabpiks is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead product procurement and brand partnerships for our Smart Vending Machines and Sampling Campaigns across corporate parks, IT offices, hospitals, and high-footfall locations. The role focuses on onboarding brands for paid sampling, product trials, liquidation, and promotional campaigns through Fabpiks vending infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard FMCG, Food & Beverage, Personal Care, & smart wearables for vending and sampling campaigns
- Procure products for paid sampling, pilot launches, and promotional trials thru vending machine and location based activities
- Work closely with brands to define campaign objectives, duration, and target audience
- Build a strong pipeline of brand partners, startups, and D2C brands
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and onboarding targets
- Liaise with corporate park management and facility teams for campaign approvals
- Track campaign performance and share insights & reports with brand partners
Key Requirements
- 12 years of experience in Business Development, Brand Partnerships, FMCG sales, or Media Sales
- Understanding of sampling, brand activations, and retail marketing
- Experience dealing with brands, agencies, or distributors
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel for meetings and field execution
