Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The incumbent will be responsible for presenting and promoting Cerova Labs advanced regenerative medicine solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include staying updated on industry trends and contributing to the sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including client relationship management and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a focus on customer engagement
  • Knowledge or experience in healthcare, regenerative medicine, or medical device products is advantageous
  • Analytical skills and the ability to develop strategic sales approaches
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and negotiation to successfully close deals
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the healthcare industry
