About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Representative to help expand our client network and accelerate revenue opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, uncovering business needs, and building long-term partnerships in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in driving outreach strategies, nurturing prospects, and supporting overall business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients across target industries and markets.
- Initiate outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and understand their business challenges.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate handoffs with senior sales or leadership teams.
- Maintain and update lead pipelines, contact records, and progress in CRM tools.
- Support market research, competitor analysis, and growth strategy execution.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams on campaigns and outreach efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or partnerships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in speaking with decision-makers and presenting solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, lead sourcing tools, and outreach automation tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales or startup environments.
- Knowledge of AI, technology, or digital services industries.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
