Job Purpose / Role Summary
This is a senior leadership role for someone who wants
full ownership of marketing in a B2B industrial organization. The role is responsible for defining strategy, building the brand, driving demand, and creating scalable marketing systems that support long-term business growth across global markets.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Define and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business growth
- Build and scale the Tempsens brand across markets and channels
- Lead demand generation, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for products and solutions
- Own digital marketing, website, content, performance marketing, and analytics
- Lead exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, and global industry presence
- Drive creation of high-quality content for customers, partners, and internal teams
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing marketing team
- Own the marketing budget, ROI measurement, and prioritization of spend

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field
- MBA in Marketing or related specialization preferred
Experience Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B or industrial marketing
- Proven experience owning and executing marketing strategy and delivery
- Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-driven organizations
Technical Skills
- Digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
- CRM and marketing automation tools
- Experience with exhibitions, trade marketing, and offline channels
- Budget management and ROI tracking
