Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Banda. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving customer acquisition. This includes planning and executing sales strategies, negotiating deals, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support company growth and market expansion efforts. The role requires maintaining a strong understanding of customer needs and offering tailored solutions to meet them.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and negotiation skills to ensure successful deal closures.
- Understanding of digital tools such as CRM software and analytics platforms, and their application in business processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to engage with clients and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently while achieving targets.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience working in SaaS, SME ecosystems, or technology-driven industries is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the local market and industries in Banda or similar regions is highly desirable.
