We're hiring! Business Development Representative (BDR) | North America (Onsite)
Elite Virtual Employee is expanding our North America sales team. We're looking for a core outbound BDR (12 years) with strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator skills and experience from IT outsourcing/remote staffing companies. Immediate joiner only.
Location: Onsite Noida, Sector 62 Shift/Timing: 6:30 AM 3:30 PM (to overlap with NA) Start: Immediate
What you'll do:
- Full-cycle outbound prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and calls
- Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for senior sales
- Nurture inbound leads and maintain CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns
What we're looking for:
- 12 years B2B outbound sales / BDR experience (core outbound role)
- Experience in IT outsourcing / remote staffing companies (preferred)
- Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator must-have
- Strong written/verbal communication and objection-handling
- Comfortable with KPIs (calls, meetings booked, pipeline contribution)
- HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce experience preferred
- Immediate availability and able to work onsite in Noida Sector 62
