About the Role

We are hiring multiple Business Development Representatives to help scale Shopstock, our fast-growing wholesale automotive parts program serving repair shops and automotive businesses across the United States.

This role is for people who enjoy outreach, conversations, and closing real opportunities. You will be part of a high-energy sales environment focused on volume, follow-up, and results. If you like calling, building pipelines, and getting rewarded for performance, this role is built for you.

What You Will Do

As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility is to identify, contact, and onboard new automotive business customers into the Shopstock program.

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Calling and emailing US-based automotive repair shops and businesses using our CRM
  • Explaining the Shopstock value proposition clearly and confidently to US customers
  • Signing up new wholesale customers
  • Following up until accounts convert into active buyers
  • Maintaining accurate notes and updates in the CRM
  • Working closely with sales managers and account teams to ensure smooth handoffs

This is a pure business development role focused on the United States market.

Work Schedule and Hours

  • 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
  • Working hours aligned with North American (USA) business hours
  • Additional 1 to 2 hours on Saturdays for a review and performance meeting with management
  • This role requires comfort working US time zones on a consistent basis

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong spoken English and clear communication skills
  • Comfort with outbound calling and follow-ups
  • Willingness to work North American business hours
  • Hunger to learn sales, build pipelines, and improve daily
  • Discipline to work targets and performance metrics consistently
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Spotter, or similar is a plus)
  • Interest in sales, business development, or the automotive industry is a plus

Freshers with the right attitude are welcome. Prior sales or BDR experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: 3.5 LPA + Meaningful and significant performance-based incentives
  • Incentives are tied to real results, not vanity metrics
  • High performers can significantly increase total earnings
