(Outbound + Inbound Qualification | Junior | High-activity role)

About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for people exploring Advert-I. Your job is simple: spot serious prospects, start meaningful conversations, and book qualified calls for the sales team. If you enjoy talking to people, asking smart questions, and keeping things organized, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do

  • Handle inbound leads coming from WhatsApp, landing pages, referrals, and webinars
  • Do quick outbound outreach to older signups, cold leads and niche lists
  • Qualify prospects using a simple script (budget, need, timeline, channel readiness)
  • Book demos for the Account Executive
  • Maintain a clean CRM and update statuses daily
  • Follow up regularly (calls + WhatsApp) without being pushy
  • Share basic product explanations using clear examples

Who you are

  • 02 years experience in sales, telesales or customer-facing roles
  • Good communicator in English + Hindi
  • Comfortable on calls
  • Disciplined with follow-ups
  • Hungry to grow into an AE role

KPIs

  • Daily call volume
  • Qualified meetings booked
  • Lead-to-meeting conversion %
  • Follow-up completion rate
