Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Business Development person to act as the operational engine behind our U.S. sales team. It is a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) role dedicated to accelerating the sales cycle.

You will be responsible for supporting senior sales executives by managing the opportunities in the sales funnel. Your primary focus will be removing friction from the sales process by owning pre-sales collateral, crafting winning proposals, managing pricing structures, and overseeing the contracting process. You will serve as the critical bridge between the Sales, Product, and Legal teams to ensure deals are structured correctly and closed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Funnel Advancement: Collaborate directly with Sales to advance opportunities from Qualified Lead to Closed Won, ensuring momentum is not lost during the evaluation phase.

b. Methodology Adherence (SPIN & Challenger): Actively manage and apply SPIN Selling and Challenger Sale principles to all opportunities.

c. Proposal & RFP Management: Lead the end-to-end creation of high-quality Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and tailored business proposals that clearly articulate RAAPID's value

proposition.

d. Presentation Development: Create and customize compelling sales decks, demo scripts, and client-facing presentations that address specific customer pain points and technical requirements.

e. Pricing & Commercial Structuring: Assist in developing pricing models and commercial offers for prospective clients; ensure pricing aligns with company margin goals and approval matrices.

f. Contract Management: Manage the contracting workflow, including the preparation of Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs). Liaison with internal legal/finance teams to resolve redlines and accelerate signature.

g. Pre-Sales Coordination: Coordinate technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) setups between the prospect and RAAPID's technical product teams.

h. Sales Enablement Assets: Maintain a repository of up-to-date case studies, battle cards, and whitepapers to ensure the sales team has immediate access to relevant collateral.

i. CRM & Reporting: Maintain strict hygiene in the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), ensuring deal stages, probability, and next steps are accurately reflected for forecasting.

Required Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Pre-Sales, or Business Developmentwithin the SaaS/Technology sector.

Healthcare Domain Expertise: Prior experience working with U.S. healthcarepayers, providers, or risk adjustment solutions is highly desirable.

Documentation Mastery: Proven ability to write complex proposals, SOWs, andprofessional business documents.

Global Model Experience: Demonstrable experience working in a global model, that directly support a U.S. or international market.

Individual Contributor Mindset: Comfortable working in a standalone, high-accountability role without direct reports, focusing purely on execution and deal support.

Exceptional Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory for C-suite and U.S. market engagement.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree/MBA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Sales Methodology Certification: Training or certification in SPIN Selling or TheChallenger Sale ispreferred.

Familiarity with U.S. healthcare contracting standards and compliancerequirements (HIPAA, SOC2).

Experience interacting with Legal and Finance teams to finalize complex enterprisesoftware agreements.

Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including value-based care andrisk adjustment concepts.

Technical Skills

CRM Proficiency: Advanced skills in Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM

platforms.

Presentation Tools: Advanced skills in presentation tools (Google Slides,

PowerPoint) to build polished, executive-ready decks.

Analysis: Strong Excel skills for pricing calculations and deal modeling.
