Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing growth strategies. The role includes researching industry trends, creating partnerships, managing client proposals, and achieving sales goals. The candidate will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Excellent business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms (especially Instagram), and data analysis
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver measurable results
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the digital marketing or social media growth industry is advantageous
