Role Overview
We're looking for a sharp, energetic, and self-driven business development professional who thrives on creating opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You'll be the face of SRV Media in Kolkataunderstanding client needs, pitching customized digital solutions, and collaborating with our creative and performance teams to deliver measurable success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors such as Ed-Tech, Real Estate, FMCG, and Start-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, CMOs, and brand teams.
- Understand SRV Media's suite of servicesDigital Marketing, Performance Marketing (Google & Meta), SEO, Video Production, and Tech Solutionsand pitch tailored offerings.
- Create proposals, presentations, and revenue forecasts with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with strategy, design, and media teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Skills & Requirements
- 25 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and trends.
- Ability to convert conversations into lasting partnerships.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; CRM exposure (Zoho CRM preferred).
- A creative, go-getter mindset with high ownership and accountability.
