Business Development Executive Schools & Colleges
World Brain Center Hospital, Delhi**
Position Overview:The Business Development Executive (Schools & Colleges) will be responsible for building strong relationships with educational institutions, creating awareness about mental health services, and promoting the hospital's clinical, counselling, and wellness programs. The role includes outreach, partnership development, organizing mental health events, and generating leads for hospital services.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, approach, and build partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities in Delhi/NCR.
- Promote the hospital's mental health, Psychiatry, counselling, and wellness programs to educational institutions.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and awareness sessions in schools and colleges.
- Coordinate mental health camps, counselling days, and student wellness activities.
- Generate leads for OPD, counselling services, and psychological evaluations from institutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with principals, counsellors, teachers, and management teams.
- Collaborate with the hospital's clinical and marketing departments to design institution-focused programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly outreach and conversion targets.
- Prepare proposals, MoUs, and service packages for schools and colleges.
- Maintain a database of all institutional contacts and activities.
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and ongoing partnerships to ensure successful execution.
- Create promotional materials/messages for student and faculty engagement.
- Participate in education fairs, career fests, and institutional events on behalf of the hospital.
- Analyze outreach results and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Ensure professional representation of World Brain Center Hospital & Rhope in all institutional interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:- Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Psychology, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare or education outreach.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi/NCR for outreach.
Salary : 35k to 65k.
9 hours shift followed by 6 days working in a week
