Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-impact Partnerships Lead Health Insurance to drive insurer relationships, unlock strategic growth initiatives, and scale business outcomes across our retail health portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of business growth, product innovation, and partner strategy. You will own key insurer relationships end-to-end, from commercial negotiations to new product launches and process improvements, with direct impact on top line growth, margins, and customer experience.

Who We're Looking For
