Sales and Business Development :
- Taking care of sales, forecasting and planning monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.
- Primarly handling sales for staffing and permanent recruitment.
- Executing the long term business directions to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives.
- Client Acquisition for business where we deliver end to end hr solutions to the company
- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Managing the client and retaining the client for long term business and taking care of delivery and new mandate.
Preferred candidate profile
- Should be a graduate, willing to travel and visit client's office.
- Excellent Communication skills
