Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth for our Virtual Care business line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or wellness sales, with proven experience in building strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, insurers, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.
  • Drive B2B and B2C business development initiatives for MantraCare's virtual care solutions (telemedicine, mental health, physiotherapy, and chronic care programs).
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to create customized virtual care solutions for clients.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships and retention.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 37 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or health-tech industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Passion for digital health and improving access to care.
