We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This leadership role requires a strong background in international sales and a proventrack recordof driving revenue growth in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure that sales targets are achieved, and revenue growth is maximized.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for international markets, with a focus on North America.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, focusing on long-term business success.
  • Represent the company at international business events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Motivate, guide, and mentor the sales team, ensuring their professional growth and high performance.
  • Monitor the performance of the sales team andmake adjustments tosales strategies when necessary.
  • Collaborate with marketing, services, and other departments to align sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to refine and improve sales tactics.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in international sales, with a proven ability to manage and grow sales in global markets.
  • Experience working in an IT product-based or service-based company.
  • Hands-on experience in leading a sales team, driving motivation, and ensuring high performance.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with North American customers and understanding their business environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travelfrequentlyand attend business events and client meetings globally.
  • Candidates withUSvisaarehighly preferred.
