Job Description

We're Hiring: Business Development Manager

Location: Kolkata

Industry: IT / Digital Services

Experience Required: 56 years (B2B & B2C)

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our client base and build long-term business relationships in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with prospective clients across B2B and B2C segments.
  • Generate new business through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, and other lead channels.
  • Manage the complete sales process: lead generation, proposal preparation, client communication, negotiation, and closure.
  • Work closely with our design, development, and marketing teams to create effective proposals.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets while focusing on long-term client partnerships.
  • Keep track of market trends and explore new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 56 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within IT services (web development, app development, SEO, or digital marketing).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and proposal management.
  • Ability to think strategically, work independently, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
