We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our client base and build long-term business relationships in both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and connect with prospective clients across B2B and B2C segments.
- Generate new business through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, and other lead channels.
- Manage the complete sales process: lead generation, proposal preparation, client communication, negotiation, and closure.
- Work closely with our design, development, and marketing teams to create effective proposals.
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets while focusing on long-term client partnerships.
- Keep track of market trends and explore new growth opportunities.
Requirements- 56 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within IT services (web development, app development, SEO, or digital marketing).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and proposal management.
- Ability to think strategically, work independently, and collaborate with internal teams.
Preferred- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
