Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, develop strategies, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include preparing business proposals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires data-driven decision-making and staying updated on industry trends to develop competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of IT solutions such as Cloud Services, Digital Workspaces, Cybersecurity, and Data Centre technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and work in a competitive, goal-oriented environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and understanding of the IT services market is a plus
