Job Post :- Business Development Manager (International Market)

Experience :- 1+ years

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from office)

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and leads through various online bidding platforms and networking channels.
  • Engage in proactive communication with international clients (UK/USA) to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and smooth delivery.
  • Maintain accurate lead records in CRM tools and manage the complete sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of proven experience in international business development or lead generation (UK/USA preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, or Clutch.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in client communication.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
