Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and leads through various online bidding platforms and networking channels.
- Engage in proactive communication with international clients (UK/USA) to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM tools and manage the complete sales pipeline efficiently.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of proven experience in international business development or lead generation (UK/USA preferred).
- Hands-on experience with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, or Clutch.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in client communication.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
