Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing strategic business plans, and conducting market research to identify customer needs and enhance revenue. The role also includes negotiating contracts, preparing reports, and collaborating with other team members across departments to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Strategic Planning and Market Research skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant experience in the industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
