Role Overview
Union Living is looking for a Business Development Manager to support the expansion of its property portfolio and occupancy growth initiatives.
The role involves identifying business opportunities, building relationships with property owners and channel partners, conducting market research, and supporting the onboarding of new properties. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to drive business growth and strengthen Union Living's presence in existing and new markets.
Experience in co-living, student housing, hospitality, real estate, or managed accommodation will be an advantage.
