Through quality housing, community-driven experiences, and resident-focused services, Union Living aims to create a comfortable and convenient living experience across multiple cities.

Role Overview

Union Living is looking for a Business Development Manager to support the expansion of its property portfolio and occupancy growth initiatives.

The role involves identifying business opportunities, building relationships with property owners and channel partners, conducting market research, and supporting the onboarding of new properties. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to drive business growth and strengthen Union Living's presence in existing and new markets.

Experience in co-living, student housing, hospitality, real estate, or managed accommodation will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned markets.
  • Build relationships with property owners, brokers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct property sourcing, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
  • Schedule and conduct property visits and preliminary evaluations.
  • Support commercial discussions and documentation processes.
  • Maintain and track business development pipelines.
  • Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams during property launches.
  • Generate regular reports on business development activities and market insights.
  • Represent the company during meetings, networking events, and industry interactions.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Property Acquisition, Real Estate Sales, Hospitality Sales, or Partnerships.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable with field-based business development and market visits.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of market research and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
