We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager in a full-time capacity. This hybrid role is based in Hyderabad, offering the flexibility of remote work combined with on-site responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions and agents, creating proposals, and developing strategies to achieve growth objectives. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client engagement and ensure seamless communication and operational excellence.

• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Experience in creating and executing strategic plans
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Background in the education industry or recruiting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to thrive in both remote and in-office work environments
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and metrics
