Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, who is proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify New Opportunities:

o Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in various sectors.

o Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.

o Develop and execute a business development strategy to increase the company's market share.

· Client Relationship Management:

o Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

o Understand client needs and present tailored project management solutions to meet their objectives.

o Maintain frequent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new business opportunities.

· Lead Generation & Sales:

o Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

o Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients.

o Close deals and achieve revenue and sales targets.

· Collaboration with Internal Teams:

o Work closely with project management, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of client needs.

o Provide market insights and feedback to help shape the company's services and offerings.

·Reporting & Documentation:

o Track and report on business development activities and sales performance.

o Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and deals in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.

o Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the project management or construction industry.

o Strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies.

o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

o Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

o Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

o Proficiency in MS Office and power point etc

Desirable Skills:

o Knowledge of industry regulations and trends. o Strong network of industry contacts and potential clients.

o Experience in developing and executing business strategies. Familiarity with project management software tools.
