Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will identify and engage prospective clients, establish and maintain client relationships, and develop strategic business opportunities for growth. The role involves preparing proposals, driving sales, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align client needs with service offerings. The individual will also conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends while preparing periodic performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Sales Forecasting
  • Excellent Client Relationship Management and Communication Skills
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, lead generation, and prospecting
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
  • Knowledge of engineering services, embedded systems, IoT solutions, and/or technical recruitment services is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and MBA preferably Marketing
  • Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and travel as required for client meetings
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
