Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and implementing business strategies, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves preparing detailed reports, analyzing performance metrics, and participating in business negotiations to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development and Sales Strategy
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Partnership Building
- Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Lead Generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to achieve and surpass revenue targets
- Familiarity with the tech industry, including Software, FinTech, or MarTech, is a plus
