Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sr. Business Development Manager based in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and closing deals. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, the Business Development Manager will also play a pivotal role in client engagement, contract negotiation, and contributing to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, sales, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent market research, strategic planning, and prospecting abilities
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in working with AI solutions, technology services, or B2B sales is preferred
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
  • Previous experience in customer support, staffing services, or BPO,KPO ,ITES industries is an added advantage
