Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (Sales and Marketing) based in Pune. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, building robust client relationships, collaborating with the marketing team to implement sales strategies, and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients. The role also involves presenting NoBrokerHood's offerings to potential clients, addressing customer needs, and exceeding sales goals. The professional will represent the company in business meetings and events to expand reach and maintain market leadership.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Knowledge of Marketing Strategies, including Digital Marketing and Campaign Planning
  • Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
  • Familiarity with the PropTech industry or experience in technology-driven platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
