About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Lucknow branch. The role demands a strong network, proven client acquisition skills, and deep knowledge of the advertising ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and achieve revenue targets for the Lucknow branch.
- Identify and convert potential clients across industries (FMCG, BFSI, Automobile, Retail, Entertainment, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and marketing heads.
- Create and deliver effective pitches & proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal creative & servicing teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regional market opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to final closure.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 56 years of proven business development experience in an advertising/creative agency.
- Strong understanding of ATL, BTL & Integrated Marketing Solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Strong network in the Lucknow/UP market with ability to generate leads independently.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to an incentive-based growth model.
