Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in the Pune Division. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, creating effective sales strategies, and negotiating contracts. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to meet revenue targets while contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Account Management
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Competitive Analysis
  • Effective Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in Strategy Development and Implementation
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of the Technology, Media, or Telecommunication industries is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
