Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. They will also evaluate market trends, build strategic partnerships, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client needs. Additionally, the role involves preparing business proposals, delivering presentations, and meeting sales targets to contribute to the organization's growth and success.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
• Experience in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Networking abilities
• Knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Regulatory Compliance (e.g., SEZ, GST)
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Experience in the logistics or consulting industry is advantageous
